Aerial Earth offers all the benefits, effects, and postures of Aerial Decompression with hammocks set close to the earth, at ankle to knee height. Warms up muscles, lengthen and strengthen, decompress your spine and other joints. Sequences may include heart and shoulder opening such as Fish & Heart Melting poses, hip opening such as inverted butterfly and pigeon variations. Strengthening may include Planks & Core movements, Restorative may include legs up in the hammock, spinal twists & extra props to support in every way.
