A ten minute floor barre warm up, followed by learning aerial hammock techniques to build a choreography in the aerial hammock to music.

Join @playlistpuzzles Aerial Dance located at Gymbox Farringdon @1530 on Saturdays.

Ticket type 1 available for 1 session. £35

Ticket type 2 valid for 4 sessions within 6 weeks from 1st session. Classes available to join weekly. £60

24 hr cancellation policy.

**FREE bonus class from @1500 -1530, legs, bums, tums format for core, mobility, and strength. Just turn up early !

The choreography we will work on is available to view on insta highlights @playlistpuzzles. Please DM any questions or concerns.

Please arrive 25 min early in order to pass reception and put your things in the locker. We will start class on-time at 1530.

What to bring ? Water, Padlock, Trainers, Socks (slippy not grippy).

The gym has showers and a sauna. Please take a towel from reception to use the facilities.
