Step into a realm of artistic expression and physical challenge with this pop-up aerial dance workshop!
Join Bri to learn a choreographed combo, build endurance, practice fluid transitions, all while developing aerial awareness translating familiar moves on unfamiliar equipment. Uncover the beauty of aerial movement from a whole new perspective.
In this workshop, students will be introduced to an apparatus not typically seen in our classes. We will spend some time exploring the equipment so each person can find their own unique shapes and poses, adding a personal twist to the routine. Then we will learn a choreographed combo with set moments to add individual discoveries from our movement research.
You won't know what you're working with till you arrive, however some hints and teasers will be revealed as we get closer to the event date.
This class welcomes level 2+ (and experienced level 1s w/ teacher approval, please ask your instructor)
