Come along for some badass fun on chains! Expect spins, shapes, other cool sh-t, and some interesting bruises the following week…
Suitable for anyone who’s comfortable going upside down (on any apparatus), a straddle mount on hoop/a knotted silk will be helpful but not essential. Layers will be your new best friend, so wear plenty of them!. Please bring extra thick socks/an extra pair.
