Aerial Chains Workshop Experience the unique bliss of Aerial Chains in this all-levels class—perfect for beginners or those ready to level up. Build strength, fluidity, and confidence as you learn dynamic transitions, creative sequencing, wraps, short drops, and foundational beats. Whether you’re new to chains or coming from another apparatus, this class helps bridge into a more confident, intermediate flow.
No experience needed.
Class (1.5 hrs):
• 20 min: Warm-up + basics
• 40 min: Learn a combo
• 30 min: Play, refine, and record (everyone gets time on chains)
What to bring / wear:
• Anything you feel confident moving in (leggings, shorts, fishnets)
• Layers optional for comfort
• Fitted top
• Socks or barefoot (no shoes)
• Water + grip (optional) + knee pads (optional)
