Aerial beginner flow & soundStep into the magic of Aerial Yoga ~ a practice that feels both playful and deeply restorative.
In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll be guided through simple poses in both the low and high hammock. You’ll discover the lightness of moving freely in the air and the nourishing benefits of gentle inversions that open space in the spine and body.
At the end you’ll also enjoy the bliss of resting in a floating cocoon, where a crystal singing bowl experience invites your mind to settle and your whole being to relax.
Expect:
• To feel freedom and joy as you explore movement in the hammock
• Deep relaxation and a nervous system reset.
• A welcoming and supportive space with a small group of just 12 people
