Grace! Ballet is thrilled to bring Aerial Arts to the community! Aerial arts are a type of performance where artists execute acrobatic movements while hanging from a suspended apparatus. Introduction to aerial arts will introduce you to movement on two common apparatus: Aerial Hoop (Lyra) and Aerial Silks. This class will help you learn foundational tricks and combos to start your aerial arts journey along with teaching you how to build strength and coordination to perform while hanging in the air. The session will culminate in a small flow of movement to show off the skills you have learned.
