Please note, new event date: February 28th, 2026.Created and Performed by Viola Yip and Adam Pultz
Aeolus is an air-driven instrument created and performed by Viola Yip and Adam Pultz. Pistons, pneumatic cylinders, bellows, and inflatable chambers comprise a novel sonorous machine, the music of which is produced by the flow of air through its various parts. By guiding the paths and pressure of the air flows, Viola and Adam make Aeolus hiss, howl, click and sputter, conjuring up a unique experimental-music-meets-steampunk aesthetic.
