The evening’s menu is created by Chef Zach Geerson and showcases bold, vibrant dishes thoughtfully paired with carefully selected wines, all served in the intimate setting of Silver King’s main dining room.
Four-Course Dinner Menu
First Course – Mezze
Feta-stuffed roasted peppers, keftedes with melitzanosalata (roasted eggplant purée), and marinated shrimp with citrus and ouzo.
Wine Pairing: Domaine Zafeirakis Assyrtiko
Second Course – Not a Typical Greek Salad
Thin-sliced heirloom tomato with baby cucumbers, pickled pearl onion, Kalamata olive mousseline, petite mint, and cold-smoked, marinated feta.

Third Course – Lamb & Rigatoni Inspired by Pastitsio
Slow-roasted lamb shank served alongside house-made rigatoni baked with béchamel, fresh oregano, feta, and a parsley salad with lemon and shallots.

Fourth Course – Galatopita
Traditional Greek milk custard pie with honey-marinated nuts and seeds, fresh orange zest, and thyme-rosemary scented honeycomb.
