With reporting of carbon emissions becoming a standard practice among companies looking to comply with regulations, satisfy customer requests and demonstrate to stakeholders they measure and manage the climate impact of their operations, join us for an informative a fun session to learn about the GHG verification process.   • Afure Onekpe M.Sc., CEM, EP, CEA. Afure has been for more than 13 years the Director of MICONE Consulting, a multi-disciplinary firm of experienced professional engineers and scientists. As an accredited GHG validation and verification body, MICONE helps its clients in navigating the ever-changing regulatory landscape of GHG emissions management with a customized service. Afure is also the AEE Assistant Director of International Member Development for Awards and a founding member of the AEE Alberta Chapter.
    The event will offer participants the opportunity to share updates on their projects, work or recent readings and findings in a 1 to 2-minute elevator pitch format.
