Staff Sergeant and Below (E1 - E6) - $35 per person, $50 per couple

Company Grade (E7 - E8, WO1 - CW4, and 2LT - CPT) - $65 per person, $90 per couple Field Grade and above (SGM, CW and MAJ - GO) - $75 per person, $110 per couple

Dress Code

Army Service Uniform (ASU with bow tie), Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU with bow tie) or appropriate semi-formal civilian attire
