Join Ancestral Echoes for an afternoon of creativity, storytelling, and community connection at the Portland Public Library (main branch).Families and community members are invited to take part in Sankofa Blossoms, a reflective creative workshop facilitated by LoveLab Studio, inspired by remembrance, growth, and collective memory.
Participants are also invited to contribute to two community murals: one located in the teen section and another in the children and families area, creating shared spaces for artistic expression, imagination, and collective storytelling across generations.
Special story time sessions for children and families will take place throughout the afternoon.
