About this Event

The Advice Workforce Development Fund (AWDF) has, since 2023, brought together advice agencies, umbrella organisations and funders to work towards solving the crisis in London's advice workforce - a crisis that threatens the sustainability of advice in our city.

At this event we will share learnings from the past three years - drawing on both the practical experiences of funded partners, and on the research and guidance developed by the AWDF Steering Group. Workshops will enable attendees to engage in depth with some key elements of workforce sustainability, including working with funders and supporting leadership. Finally, we will share our plans for the future - building and maintaining a sustainable workforce for all of London's advice sector
