GIG DECEMBER 10th with Mina Mina Mikhael Salama on ney and duduk
Paolo Adamo drums
Timothy Funnell piano
Andy Hamill double bass
Knud Stuwe oud
David Mowat trumpet/flugel horn
Playing their compositions from forthcoming (May 2027) album 'Sumud Dance', BEJE team up with Egyptian Coptic ney maestro Mina Salama, trained in the classical Arabic tradition, gleefully led astray by these adventurous mavericks into a lyrical, at times explosive medley of sounds. This is an unmissable band's rare gig.
