Join cheese educator Tenaya Darlington (aka Madame Fromage) for a trio of her favorite holiday cheeses, paired with special wines by Tria’s Wine Director Lauren Harris. Sit back and let your tastebuds travel to faraway worlds. You’ll learn about selecting, pairing, and storing cheeses – plus you’ll receive a signed copy of Tenaya’s latest book, Madame Fromage’s Adventures in Cheese.

Want to recreate a similar experience at home? Tenaya and Lauren have teamed up to create an additional cheese + wine pairing for you to purchase as a take-home treat to share with family and friends.

Tenaya Darlington is an educator and author based in Philadelphia who travels to Europe as a co-host for Cheese Journeys, a culinary travel company specializing in artisan cheese and wine. She’s also the author of Di Bruno Bros. House of Cheese, and she has designed Tria’s awesome cheese menu (if we do say so ourselves.)
