Core bike skills and essential mechanical trail-fixes—condensed into a focused 3-hour workshop.
We are taking our support on the road! To help women across the South Island get event-ready without having to travel into Christchurch, we are bringing our specialised Adventure Race skills and mechanical clinics straight to your local trails.
This high-value, 3-hour session is built specifically for Adventure Racers and trail riders who want to build total confidence on the bike ahead of race day. We split the session into two practical, hands-on modules designed to make you faster, smoother, and self-sufficient:
Part 1: Core Trail Skills & Energy Conservation: Master body positioning, braking control, and line choice on local terrain so you can ride tracks safely and conserve vital energy for the rest of your race.
Part 2: Practical Wrenching & Trailside Fixes: Learn bike anatomy, how to diagnose basic issues, and hands-on fixes for the most common mechanicals (flat tires, broken chains, etc) to keep you rolling or get you back to base.
Whether you are aiming to cross the finish line with a smile or push for a strong result, this session covers the exact bike handling and problem-solving skills you need on course.
Important Booking Info:
Location: Pop-up clinics taking place across key South Island locations, please make sure you select the correct location. If you'd like us to come to a different location and you have a small group interested contact us and we will see what we can do!
Minimum Numbers Required: To make these regional stops viable, each session requires a minimum of 4 riders to run. Gather your teammates or local riding crew and lock in your spots early!
