The Association of Children's Museums and Nickelodeon are partnering with children's museums around the world for a Worldwide Day of Play! Join Adventure! Children's Museum on September 27 for a special Day of Play event. We’ll build dinosaur skeletons with foam dinosaur bones (three stations with three different sizes!), fill the Art Lab with dinosaur coloring sheets and crafts, create dinosaur eggs, make imprint fossils, and host a dinosaur story time! Throughout the day, watch for dinosaurs to parade through the museum.
* A special performance by Ballet Folklorico Colibri will happen at 2 p.m. in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. Dinosaur Day of Play attendees are welcome to attend the performance free of charge!
