Advanced Spinning on a Wheel Class

Ready to take your handspinning game to the next level or just want to play with new-to-you techniques? This is the class for you! Join us for an exploration of various handspinning methods, plying options, and fiber preparations.The class is a two-session class. In the first class you'll learn about worsted, woolen, and long draft spinning. We'll also cover the first step of fractal spinning. The second class covers plying your fractal spinning, adding embellishments as you ply, and differences between 2-ply, chain-ply, and 3-ply.

Wheels and spindles are available to rent ($10.00) and purchase. We recommend you bring your own wheel in good working order along with bobbins, lazy kate and a niddy noddy.
