Relationships, Emotions, and Characters can make the difference between good improv and GREAT improv. John Rawley and Kyle Bradford from The Alternative Comedy Theater will show ways to create stronger and more complex characters that will be used in scenes. This two hour workshop will be held from 2pm - 4pm at Studio 185 on Saturday February 5.Date & Time: Sat, Feb 5th 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM CST

About the Instructors
John Rawley is a working actor and writer who’s been residing in the DFW area his whole life. He has a background in theater and film, but his main area of expertise is improvisational theater. He is the founder of The Alternative Comedy Theater and is a founding member of the Dallas based improv comedy troupe The Victims. John performs regularly in DFW as well as comedy festivals and venues all over the country.
John’s career began in 1993 and he has appeared in commercials (both television and radio) and industrial films for Frito-Lay, Office Depot, Pier One, Motorola, Wrigley’s Polar Ice Gum, The Washington Post, Texaco, KFC, Southwest Airlines, Radio Shack, Gamestop, Mission Tortillas, and Linens-n-Things. His film and television credits include Serving Sara, LAX, A House Divided, Chase, and Temple Grandin.
Kyle Eric Bradford is the Artistic Director of the Alternative Comedy Theater and a member of The Victims improv troupe from Dallas, Texas. With over 15 years of professional improv experience, Kyle has performed at improv festivals in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, North Carolina, Colorado, and performs regularly on DFW stages. Kyle directs and teaches regular classes and workshops with the Alternative Comedy Theater with an emphasis on character building and narrative structure in improvisation.
