This class is taught by Michael Lovely and Boe Bostjancic. This course will provide you with the knowledge and techniques utilized in crisis negotiations and intervention. It will focus on both legal and civil liabilities, negotiating with the mentally ill, negotiating with kidnappers, identifying high-risk indicators, courtroom testimony and creating a better understanding of the HCNT/Tact Team. Hands on activities and scenario-based exercises will expand each attendees; knowledge through actual participation in negotiation-based situations.
