Advanced Group Visit Training

This is a 6.5-hour training session, with lunch provided by a local Dominican restaurant.

The morning session, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, will focus on advanced group medical visit practice management. Participants will gain the tools and strategies needed to expand from hosting one to two groups per month to establishing a more robust weekly or daily program.

The afternoon session, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, will concentrate on facilitation skills, beginning with foundational techniques and progressing to more advanced approaches for managing group dynamics and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment. This portion of the training will be highly interactive, with practice sessions emphasizing the management of larger groups.
