🔸Incorporating hips, chest, and shoulders into our movements.
🔸Improving fluidity and control.
Advanced Foundation 2🗓 Date: 12 January⏰ Time: 12:00–15:00This class will dive deeper into:
🔸Isolations, focusing on separating the chest and hips.
🔸Enhancing waves, head rolls, and dynamic movements.
