Unlock your inner sensuality and enhance your dance skills with this sexy advanced floorwork class.Designed for advanced level students, this class will teach you the art of fluid, seductive movement on the floor, blending elements of dance and fitness. Students will learn an advanced level floorwork routine that highlights flexibility, strength, and fluidity, emphasizing the connection between movement and music.
We’ll cover fundamental floorwork techniques, through guided instruction and practice, students will get the opportunity to assemble these techniques into a polished and expressive routine.
Students must be familiar with floorwork. Taking our weekly Floorwork class in advance is highly recommended.
**Materials Needed**
- Comfortable dance attire
- Knee pads (optional but HIGHLY recommended)
- Leg warmers (optional)
- Heels (optional)
This class if $15 per person, and is included on all Dance & Fitness Flex Passes and Unlimited Passes.
