A foundational workshop; you will be provided information, and resources about advanced directives, what is an advanced directive, and why they are important. Information about individual and family rights, and legal documentation.
*We will discuss alternative and conventional funeral and after death care options
*Review the steps in completing the various documents.
*Both IL and IA Advanced Directive Documents will be provided.
