Advanced Cranial Sacral: Part 3 & 4

This weekend workshop is a continuation of part 1 & 2.

Day 1: Part 3: Brief review of calm and quiet presence of the practitioner, importance of breath, grounding, and opening up the system. I will also discuss the relationship of our nervous system with the cranial-sacral system, energy drive, and the emotional body. This will be followed by an integration of new techniques that will address spine, occiput, sacrum, sphenoid, temporal, frontal, and parietal bones.

Day 2: Part 4: Introduction and focus on fascial unwinding which will include; the evaluation of fascia, unwinding within the trunk, arms, legs, and neck. We will wrap up the weekend with an integrated approach of both days.
