This masterclass is for those that wish to explore and experience deep states of consciousness and healing.
This masterclass is also for current Breathwork Facilitators, Athletes and Coaching professionals who wish to expand their toolkit and deepen their understanding of Breathwork.
It is recommended that you have some prior Breathwork experience, self practice or Breathwork training before attending this Masterclass.
This is definitely NOT a beginners class.

The techniques used in this masterclass can possibly evoke intense physiological and emotional responses. These responses are all natural and normal responses of the body as it releases past trauma and trapped energy.
