Advanced Ballet Class
Wednesday’s 7.00-8.30
Our advanced classes are 90 minutes long and open to everyone! No booking required.
You may have been a professional dancer, are an athlete or are still in the profession- our classes are open to everyone!
They are an incredible, detailed, deep dive into classical ballet technique, strength & artistry that will leave you feeling stretched & strong!
Classical Ballet is the foundation of Lady Bay Ballet & is used as the core structure in all our ballet classes.
By combining the challenging technical aspects of ballet technique, we also work key muscle groups in specially created exercises unique to Lady Bay Ballet!
Ballet class is an excellent full body conditioning class. Taking weekly class can greatly improve one’s:- Artistry, technique, tone, core strength, flexibility, posture, balance, control, confidence and so much more!
