Building Agent Systems That Work While You Sleep. A 90 minute no-code interactive workshop for Executives to leverage AI in your workflow.
About this Event

Advanced Agentic AI for Product Leaders
A 90-minute hands-on workshop for executives and product leaders who are ready to move from using AI to deploying AI systems that run on their behalf β€” across their teams, their workflows, and their businesses.

You've seen what one AI agent can do. Now imagine a team of them.

Parts 1 and 2 of this bootcamp covered the foundations: what AI agents are, how to prompt them, and how to build your first no-code prototype. Hundreds of executives and product leaders have walked out of those sessions with something they actually built.

Part 3 is what comes next.

In this session, you'll learn to deploy AI systems that don't just respond to your questions β€” they run entire workflows autonomously, route requests to the right specialist, protect your highest-stakes decisions with human oversight, and tackle open-ended strategy challenges that no fixed process can anticipate.

No PhD required. No engineering team needed. Just a clear understanding of your workflows and the ambition to make them dramatically faster.

What you'll be able to do after this workshop

πŸš€ Get competitive intelligence in minutes, not days Imagine asking your AI system to research a competitor β€” and getting back a complete brief covering their pricing, press, product updates, and customer sentiment, all at the same time. No more waiting two days for an analyst report. In this session, you'll design a system that runs multiple research threads simultaneously and hands you a synthesised answer in minutes.

πŸ”€ Stop being the router for your team's requests If you've ever been the person who decides which ticket goes to which team, which email needs a response vs. a delegation, or which customer issue needs to escalate β€” you know how much of your day disappears to triage. You'll learn to build a system that handles that routing automatically, directing requests to the right workflow without any human in the middle. You define the rules once. The system runs forever.

βœ… Keep humans in control of the decisions that matter β€” and automate everything else The question isn't whether to trust AI. It's which decisions it should handle autonomously and which ones still need you. You'll build a governance framework β€” a simple decision matrix β€” that defines exactly where your AI system pauses for human approval and where it just executes. This is how Zara AI, TEAMCAL AI's scheduling agent, operates in production: handling all the coordination autonomously, while keeping the final calendar confirmation in the hands of the executive assistant. You'll build the same model for your own business.

🧠 Tackle complex, open-ended challenges with a team of specialised agents Some problems don't fit a fixed process. A board strategy brief. A vendor evaluation. A market entry analysis. These require gathering different types of information, applying different types of expertise, and synthesising everything into something you can act on. You'll see β€” and practice designing β€” AI systems that figure out what they need to do and assemble the right specialists on the fly. This is the most powerful pattern in enterprise AI today. You'll leave knowing when to use it and when it's overkill.

In this 90-minute session, you will:

  • Design a parallel AI workflow that replaces hours of manual research with minutes of automated intelligence
  • Build a routing system that triages requests, emails, or tickets without human intervention
  • Create a governance framework that puts the right level of human oversight on every AI action in your business
  • Map out an open-ended agent system for your most complex, high-value workflow
  • Walk out with concrete design artefacts you can hand to your team on Monday

What makes this different from every other AI workshop

This is not a lecture. It's not a demo you watch. Every section of the workshop is built around a real workflow challenge β€” and you spend more time designing than listening.

In 90 minutes, you'll sketch out an AI system architecture for your actual business. Not a hypothetical. Yours.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You attended Part 1 or Part 2 β€” or you already understand what an AI agent is
  • You're a VP, Director, CPO, CTO, CEO, or senior PM who makes decisions about how work gets done
  • You have at least one workflow in your organisation that feels embarrassingly manual given the AI tools that exist today
  • You want to understand governance and oversight β€” not just capability β€” before you scale AI across your team
  • You're ready to go beyond prompting AI and start designing systems that run on your behalf

What you'll walk out with

  • A parallel workflow design for your highest-friction, multi-source process
  • A routing map for your most common incoming request types
  • A governance decision matrix β€” what your AI system should auto-execute vs. escalate for approval
  • An open-ended agent brief for one complex, strategic challenge in your org
  • The TEAMCAL AI 7-Types framework card β€” a reference you can share with your team

About the Instructor

Raj Lal is the founder of TEAMCAL AI, where Zara β€” a human-in-the-loop scheduling agent β€” runs in production for executive teams today. He led UX at MobileIron and SpaceIQ, has been running hands-on AI workshops at Stanford Igniter events in the Bay Area, and has helped hundreds of product leaders move from AI curiosity to real business deployment.

Part 3 is the workshop he's been most excited to build.

Reserve your spot. Bring an idea. Leave with a system.

Kudos again to our organizers. I don't know how they could have designed a better meetup. ;-) So many great takeaways. Most impactful for me was that some, but not all of us, are professional designers; but we are all designers. I'm an accountant so not a professional designer....but...perhaps I am a professional designer. I design accounting systems and definitely a lot of financial models in excel. Improving the experience for these tools definitely helps the user. Perhaps more of us our professional designers than we realize. My other favorite takeaway was that there is always resistance to new technology no matter how good it is. Plato was not originally a fan of the invention of books because he couldn't argue with a book they way he could with a fellow human being. ”— Scott M.

β€œ This was my first and want more. My intention is to attend as many as I can from now on. ”— Masa K M.

β€œ awesome brillant group, with a refreshing perspective on business! ”— Salma

β€œ The last startup meetup group you'll need to join! Great job guys! ”— Elijah A
