Attendance Options:
-Attend Part 1 (the weekend) , for the basic teachings of pranayama, online recording available also.
-Attend Parts 1 & 2 for a 4 Day Course (Sat - Tues). Both basic and advanced pranayama practices will be covered.
-Attend Part 2 (Mon & Tues) for advanced pranayama* *This option is only for students who have previously attended Part 1 within 1 year, Basic Pranayama with Larissa.*
Course Description:
Learn basic pranayama (Dirgha, Ujjayi, Nadi Shodhana, Anulom Viloma) and build to advanced pranayama (Kapalabhati, Bastrika, etc). Experience the safety and strength of the bandhas. Deepen your practice and develop your pranayama teaching skills.
