For those who want to attend but have no one to leave their children with, we can take care of them in our Stay&Play option (price $5 - reservation required in advance).
The yoga class focuses on relaxation, stress regulation, breathing, and slowing down.
The class will be conducted in English (with additional Ukrainian/Russian if needed).
Please bring a mat, water, and comfortable clothing.
(We can provide a mat if you don't have one).
Cost: $15
