Create your own lantern to illuminate the Gumption Revival Lantern Parade this Tom Lee Day— October 3! Join Memphis River Parks for an adults-only (21+) lantern workshop at Beale Street Landing (251 Riverside Dr.), where you'll craft your own Tom Lee kerosene lantern, catfish lantern, or illuminated parasol for just $12.
Adults-Only Workshops (21+):
✨ Saturday, 9/12 | 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. – Tom Lee kerosene lantern
✨ Saturday, 9/19 | 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. – Catfish lantern
✨ Saturday, 9/26 | 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. – Illuminated parasol
All materials are provided. Feel free to bring your own beverages and snacks.
Tickets are per lantern—two people may collaborate on one, but no more than two participants per lantern. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive full instructions. Each workshop is limited to 20 participants.
