Join Naturopathic Doctor Katrina Bogdon of "Our Healing Roots," for a workshop in learning how to craft your own, herbal cough syrup.
You will learn how to individualize your herbal cough formulations based on the expression and type of cough. You will also learn about seven herbs for the respiratory system and apply this knowledge to formulate and make effective herbal cough syrups for different types of coughs.
You will have the opportunity to taste and experience the differences in each formula that we craft as you sample several respiratory herbal formulations. You will also take home cough syrup for yourself.
Class handout includes herbal monographs, recipes, and information on home supportive care for coughs.
Participants must be over 21 years of age.
