NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!You will learn the basics of aerial yoga and slowly progress to more difficult modifications, postures and tricks. Aerial yoga will increase your strength, balance, confidence and flexibility while releasing emotional and physical stress from the body at different acupressure points and decompressing your spine.

Please wear comfortable clothing that covers the underarms area and legs, a water bottle, no jewelry, make up or scented products as to not damage the fabrics.
FALL CLASS SCHEDULE: Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30pm
Final Registration: The Day Before by 7pm
(be sure to register because there is a class minimum of 3 people!)
