Take 10 CPR is a nationally recognized program to increase cardiac survival. You will learn how to help save a life in the early moments after cardiac arrest occurs. Without bystander CPR in the first few minutes, the chances of survival drop dramatically. FYI there is no mouth-to-mouth involved!
Our presenter and trainer is Jody Virgne and she is a Licensed Paramedic and Firefighter serving the City of Round Rock as EMS Specialist in the Training Division. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and her Master's from the University of Austin. She has been in the fire service for over 20 years and enjoys helping the community she lives in.
Adulting 101 programs are designed to help teens develop life skills and knowledge to transition to adulthood.
