Adult Sewing Workshop: Quilted Sewing Machine Cover

Join The Studio and Amanda as she shares her love of sewing with her community. In this workshop attendees will learn how to make a quilted sewing machine cover to keep your machine clean and away from dust.

******This workshop is for students that KNOW how to operate a sewing machine. We will not be teaching the basics of how to thread and sew on a machine. If you would like to take this workshop and do not know how to sew, please reach out to us for a private lesson.

2024 20th street Bakersfield CA 93301

We are located on the corner of 20th and D street in downtown Bakersfield.
Price: $75
****IF you would like to pay for the ticket in another form (cash, check, or card w/3%fee), please reach out to us separately and we can input the ticket manually)

Time:

Full workshop: 10am-2pm

We will be taking a snack break 12-12:15pm

What is provided:

Sewing machines, tools, thread, fabric

Light snacks and water

What to bring:

(If you want to bring your own fabric)
Washed and dryed:
3/4th of a yard of the main fabric
3/4th of a yard of the lining fabric
1/4th of a yard of the pocket fabric
-Reusable water bottle

-Sewing machine (if you wish to work on your own)

-Snacks

****This class is NON-REFUNDABLE but it is transferable to another student on the same day for the same event.
