This class is highly encouraging all adults to come and learn wellness plus self defense. From 6:30-7:15 PM topics of wellness are discussed ranging from A-Z that contains valuable insight regarding health & well being.
From 7:15-8:00 PM a realistic self defense lesson is taught with hands on training in the top self defense genres of martial arts.
The class is offered free to the community and taught by Holistic Certified Wellness Coach & Master Martial Artist Renee Nolte.
