Adult Self Defense Class with Darien McCrae

RVA local, Darien McCrae has been working on his martial arts craft for years. He has competed in numerous tournaments winning awards in weapons, forms and sparring. He recently placed 2nd in sparring at an International Kung Fu tournament last July in Maryland, earning him a silver medal. He is currently working towards earning his black belt and is passionate about personal safety and teaching others to defend themselves.

Join us for a personal self defense class lead by Darien as we learn some martial arts moves! Come prepared for some one on one instruction, paired work and group work! Workout attire and sneakers are recommended.

18+ only please. All experience levels welcome.
