As we age, there are so many journeys we take, including loss and medical problems, our own and those of loved ones. Deana (Instructor at Namgyal Monastery, Deputy Commissioner of Social Services) will focus on compassion for ourselves as we age and go through our journeys. Society may say 70 is the new 50, but the human body does not necessarily comply.
