"My Nanny's Quilt" is a presentation of a 100 year-old friendship quilt that bears the names of 225 individuals, the majority of whom were born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley. Surnames such as Dellinger, Himelright, Copp, Zirkle, Racey, Snarr, Windle, George, and Orndorff are prominent and Nanny's great-granddaughter, Ruth Ann Hughes Hoffman, will share her research, her discoveries, and stories of her ancestors and, perhaps, some of your ancestors as well.
