Adult Mental Health First Aid Training | September 15, 2026
Adult MHFA teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of a mental health or substance use challenge. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone and help connect them to the appropriate care. Please note that this training in particular is focusing on educating attendees that consider themselves to be - or support populations that are - low‑ or moderate‑income.
After completing a 2-hour, self-paced online course, First Aiders will participate in approximately six hours of in-person, instructor-led training together. There is a $25 fee to reserve your spot which covers registration and materials. Lunch and refreshments will be provided - registration is required.
