Adult Learn to Ride/Refresher (WM)

This ‘Adult Learn to Ride’ class is designed to give adults, who are either new to cycling or have not cycled in a long time, the opportunity to ‘refresh’ their knowledge, skills and importantly confidence in cycling. Our friendly instructors will help get you going or help to get your confidence back.

Each session will be tailored to participants ability and needs. In our fleet of bikes, we have cycles suitable for all ages, and abilities, however, participants are encouraged to bring their own bikes where possible, as it will help their future and continued development.
