The Adult Learn-to-Ride class provides hands-on instruction for adults who are brand new to bicycling. This class is beginners, people who are not comfortable balancing and pedaling yet. Using an established best practice approach, participants progress from walking with a bike to striding and gliding, to pedaling on their own, to riding with a group.
Bikes and helmets will be provided for use during class, and a free bike and lights will be given to each participant upon completion of the course. This class is for adults only, age 16+.
