Adult Intro to Artistic Swimming Wednesdays January 8-29

Artistic swimming is a transformative but unique activity that builds personal health through exercise, community through friendships, and artistic expression. Come give “synchro” a try! This class is scheduled from 7:30-8:15pm Wednesdays January 8, 15, 22, 29th at the David A. Segal Aquatic Center at Dallas Jesuit. Registration incudes pool entry, a nose clip, and a 30 day trial USA Artistic Swimming (USAAS) membership. We will be in the deep water of this indoor pool.

Space is limited . Our current members range from those who tried synchro for the first time in their 50s to those with decades of experience.

Lone Star Synchro is a 501(c)(3) organization and is a masters adult club of USA Artistic Swimming.

Requirements: Age 18+. Able to swim 100 yards in all deep water. Able to use a standard pool ladder to exit safely. Comfortable going upside down. One piece swimsuit and goggles. Swim cap recommended. Please note additional forms will be required prior to swimming (liability, photo/media release and USAAS) which can be found at lonestarsynchro.org/new-swimmer and emailed prior to the class. Registration notes: Selecting January 8th will register you for all four dates of the class. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you are an existing USAAS member to receive $20 off this intro class. Additional payment methods may be allowed by contacting us. Unfortunately there will not be make-up classes available or discounts for not being able to make it to all 4 lessons, unless the pool or class closes/ cancels for some reason. Typcially if Dallas ISD cancels after school activities we may cancel / postpone . USAAS membership 30 day membership will be purchased on your second class day.
