If you’ve ever wanted to try out gymnastics or get back into it in adulthood, now is your chance! And we're doing it TWICE PER MONTH!We will have two coaches on hand, that way those with more advanced skills can more at a faster pace with more difficult moves. Our beginner coach will happily work with those who have less or no experience to learn the basics. Our coaches will move at the pace of each student, helping them achieve goals they set for themselves. The first hour will be guided lessons in small groups, and the second hour (after a short water/rest break) will involve more free use of our equipment with guidance and supervision by the coaches.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY to be involved in this class, so this is a great opportunity to try something new get some exercise, no matter what age you are! Try out our trampoline, bars, beam, and other gym equipment in a safe and supportive environment. You can build strength and increase range of motion while having fun like you’re a kid again.
Please wear something comfortable and keep long hair tied back. Skirts, stiff jeans, and restrictive clothing are not recommended. You must remove your shoes before going onto the mat or using equipment. Please let us know if you have any physical limitations or health conditions that may interfere with doing certain motions. We recommend bringing a water bottle.
This is a DROP-IN class with no online signup. Just show up to participate! Please bring the CASH FEE OF $20 with you to class.
