JOIN US! Merrimack Valley NEMBA is proud to present our Adult Fundamental Skills Clinic! This Fundamental Skills Clinic will cover the basics all while having a good time! You can expect:

• Equipment check
• Body position
• Bike/Body separation
• Braking
• Shifting
• Picking a line
• Turning
• Front Tire Lift (bonus - time dependent)

• 9:00 AM - 9:15 AM Registration
• 9:15 AM - 9:30 AM Introductions
• 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM Skills & Drills
• 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM Bring-Your-Own Bag Lunch w/Debrief
• 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM Optional Group Ride!

Additional Instructions

Bring your own bag lunch. Water and snacks provided. Option for post clinic group ride.
