About LoveDance:

Have you always wanted to slay on the dance floor but weren’t sure where to start? Looking for a fun, feel-good way to get fit, flexible, and confident?

LoveDance is a high-energy, inclusive class for all levels — no pressure, just pure vibes. We’re here to train, learn, inspire and, most importantly, share the love of dance.

Each session includes a cardio-based warm-up, stretches to improve flexibility, a quick blast of strength (hello core), and then the main event: learning choreography to top chart tracks, with an emphasis on fitness, confidence and fun.

Whether you’re brand new to dance, love breaking a sweat, or just want to have a boogie to great music, LoveDance is for you.
