Are you an adult that used to dedicate their lives to dancing multiple days a week and now miss having that studio time? Our Adult Dance Class is a great way to get back into the dance world! This 4-week class will have a theme each session. You will learn a combo throughout the first three weeks and have an opportunity to "perform" in our safe space on week four. This is a great way to move your body no matter how many years it’s been since you last stepped foot in a studio. Do what you love to do with some self-care.Location: Brentwood Community Center
