About this event
We're bringing our Cycle Instructors to you! If you're looking to brush up on your skills and confidence, book a free cycle lesson with Life Cycle. Don't have a bike or a helmet? You can borrow one from us.
Where to find us
Meet your Instructor outside the front gate of Lockleaze Adventure Playground (The Vench). You can book a 1-hour slot between 2 pm - 6 pm on the advertised dates.
Price
We're offering this service free, thanks to funding from Bristol City Council and Travelwest.
What we offer on the day
Our cycle lessons last for one hour and are tailored to your abilities and goals. At the start of the session, you can discuss where you’re at with your instructor. They can then suggest areas to work on together.
We can help with:
[] Supporting nervous cyclists.
[] Building confidence for those returning to cycling after some time.
[] General cycling skills, such as managing junctions.
[] Finding the best routes to work or places you visit regularly.
We can also lend you a bike and helmet for free!
