Grab a friend (or 3) because it's Book Fair time!The Magic City Books Adult Book Fair returns to NEFF Brewing on Thursday, September 19, with more books, more stickers, and more literary-themed merch! In order to accommodate the large number of book fair attendees we are expecting, we will again require all guests to register for their FREE tickets starting Tuesday, July 30 at 11am.

When you register, you can choose from six time slots, available in hour long increments, starting at 3pm on Thursday, September 19. Tickets are free but you are limited to four. You must have the names and email addresses for each ticket you are registering for.
REGISTRATION
Select your time slot -- six time slots will be available in hour long increments starting at 3pm on Thursday, September 19. You may enter at any point during your hour. However, we ask that you finish your shopping within 10 minutes of the end of your time slot. Note: You cannot change your selected time slot after you complete your registration.
Tickets are free and are limited to four registrations per person. We ask that you enter the names and email addresses for each ticket you are registering. So, each guest can receive all communications leading up to the event.
AFTER REGISTRATION
Entry wristband pickup begins in store (221 E. Archer Street, Tulsa OK 74103) on Friday, August 30.
Early pickup is encouraged (but is not required). However, as an added incentive, anyone who picks up their wristbands early from Magic City Books will receive a small gift. Early pick-up ends Wednesday, September 18 at 9:00 pm.
To pick up more than one ticket, you will need to have the name and QR code (physically or digitally) for each ticket. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
Each registered guest will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with a link to their ticket.
EVENT DAY
The Adult Book Fair will be Thursday, September 19 at Neff Brewing.
You may begin lining up 15 minutes prior to your selected start time. Anyone who has not picked up their wristband will be checked in at that time, so please arrive with your tickets in hand (physically or digitally).
