The Adult Bereavement Program provides therapy to bereaved individuals who are at risk of complex grief/trauma (up to two years after the death). In this particular session, attendees will learn about the effects of grief, common reactions, appropriate expectations, healthy coping strategies, and taking care of oneself. Support, normalization, and suggested strategies to help cope, regardless of when or how the death occurred, are offered.
